Biography

Dr. K. Sathishkumar has received his doctoral degree (Ph.D., in Biotechnology) in the year 2018 from Thiruvalluvar University, Vellore, Tamil Nadu, India. Further he continued his career as Postdoctoral Fellow at College of Environment, Hohai University, Nanjing, China from 2018-2021. His research work has got recognized and received National Postdoctoral Fellowship (NPDF) support from Science and Engineering Research Board, Government of India in 2022 for executing the research work at the Department of Microbiology, Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, India for the period of 2022-2024. His research outputs have been published in various peer reviewed international journals with cumulative impact factor of 195.1 and google scholar h-index of 16. He served as reviewer for the various international journals from various publishers Elsevier, Springer, Taylor & Francis. He has received research grants from various funding agencies which includes China Postdoctoral Science foundation and Jiangsu province government, China, and Science and Engineering Research Board, Government of India.
